1. Return Eligibility
- You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your product.
- To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Products not eligible for return:
- Used, damaged, or broken by the customer.
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Sale Item.”
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must inform us within 24-48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
- We will offer either a replacement or 100% refund, as per your choice.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is approved and product received by us, the refund will be processed within 3-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product delivered is wrong/damaged.
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- To cancel an order, contact us immediately on our WhatsApp or customer support.
